Rental Conditions
ALL RENTERS MUST BE AT LEAST A MINIMUM OF 21 YEARS OF AGE.
All trailers must be used by the original renters only.
All occupants names must be on the rental agreement.
All trailers are rented with a 2 night minimum booking, 3 nights on holidays.
All trailers will be delivered to the campsite by us and set up including the awning. ( Awning usage determined by lot placement and weather conditions at our discretion.)
Respective campsites must be approved by us.
The cost of the campsite and any other fees pertaining to the campsite are the renters responsibility.
We are not responsible for muddy areas or any other site problems due to utility hookups or any other reasons beyond our control.
All trailers will be removed from the campsite by us.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES IS THE CUSTOMER TO MOVE TRAILER.
Delivery, setup, and removal of trailer is free if used at the Indian Lake State Park Campgrounds, or any other campground located at Indian Lake, Ohio.
Customer is responsible for LEAVING THE TRAILER CLEAN, AND IN THE SAME CONDITION AS WHEN RENTED. Additional charges will apply if items are missing or broken or the trailer is not cleaned. NO SMOKING-NO PETS.
DISCLAIMER:
We reserve the right to refuse rental to anyone, and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to anyone in regards to this rental. Rental rates and policies are subject to change without notice.
DEPOSITS:
A $200.00 Non-Refundable reservation deposit is required at the time the reservation is booked. A $ 250.00 refundable damage deposit is required with each rental. This deposit will be sent to your home address within 1 week after the rental is picked up by us in clean and undamaged condition.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
We will not give refunds for any reason. No refunds because of bad weather, as we can not control "mother nature".
PAYMENTS:
The above mentioned $ 200.00 reservation deposit must be received with the signed trailer rental agreement within 14 days of our dated trailer rental agreement to secure your reservation. This will be applied to your total rental cost with the balance of the rental cost and damage deposit being due and RECEIVED by us at least 14 days before your rental starts.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN THE TRAILER. PERIOD !!
ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED. PERIOD !!
IF ANY EVIDENCE OF EITHER ARE DETECTED AN EXTRA CLEANING FEE WILL BE CHARGED.
