All campers must be used by the original renters only.
All occupants names must be on the rental contract.
All campers will be delivered to the campsite by us.
Awning usage determined by lot placement and weather conditions.
The cost of the campsite and any other fees pertaining to the campsite are
the renters responsibility.
All campers will be removed from the campsite by us.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES IS THE CUSTOMER TO MOVE CAMPER.
Customer is responsible for LEAVING THE CAMPER CLEAN, AND IN THE SAME
CONDITION AS WHEN RENTED. Additional charges will apply if items are missing
or broken or the camper is not cleaned. NO SMOKING INSIDE-NO PETS ALLOWED.
DISCLAIMER:
WE reserve the right to refuse rental to anyone, and will not be responsible for
accidents or injury to anyone in regards to this rental. Rental rates and policies
are subject to change without notice.
DEPOSITS:
A $ 100.00 Non-Refundable reservation deposit is required at the time the reservation
is booked. A $ 250.00 Refundable damage deposit is required with each rental. This
deposit will be sent to your home address within 1 week after the rental is picked up
by us in clean and undamaged condition
